Welcome to Real Estate Direct Incorporated (“REDI Rentals”) or (“REDI”.) REDI Rentals is a service connecting rental property and renters. The REDI Rentals service is operated by Real Estate Direct, Inc. By using the REDI Rentals service and/ or web site you (landlord, property owner, property manager, owner/ agent) indicate that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to change, add, delete, or modify these Terms of Use at any time and with our sole discretion. If these Terms of Use do change, we will post the effective date. Your continued use of the service and/ or website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use please do not use or access this web site. By using this web site, you represent and verify that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement. REDI RENTALS MAY TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANY REASON, AT ANY TIME.

You understand that this Web site is available for the specific use of advertising vacant rentals or soon to be vacant rentals, and for communicating this to prospective tenants. By using this site you agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account will breach or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including personal and proprietary rights, copyright, and trademark or any other privacy rights. No material must contain slanderous, offensive, or otherwise unlawful material. You agree that you may not intimidate or harass another or attempt to use another’s account, service or system without approval from REDI Rentals. You further agree not to gather or collect email addresses or other contact information from the web site by any means for the purpose of sending any unsolicited communications; you agree not to use automated scripts to collect information from the web site or for any other purpose. You agree that you may not use web site in any unlawful or any other manner that could disable, damage, impair, or overburden the web site.
