Spam Filters and REDI Email
To receive email from REDI, your email account may need to be configured to accept email from "@azredirentals.com". If your account is not configured to receive email from REDI, email may be deposited into your spam filter/ box.
Email from REDI will have the return email address of Online@AZREDIRentals.com.
If you have recently performed business on this web site and have request information and have not received a reply within 24 hours, check your spam or junk email folder in your email account to ensure that the response has not been put into this folder.
How to set up your filters to receive email from REDI
Earthlink: Check your Suspect Email folder if you have corresponded with the REDI recently. If you want a message, you can move it to your inbox and add the contact to your Address Book. You can also set Web Mail to send you a spamBlocker summary email.
Microsoft (Hotmail, MSN): To ensure messages from specific e-mail addresses are not sent to your Junk Email folder, you can add them to your Safe List.
- Go to the Options page.
- On the left side of the page, click Mail, and then click Junk E-Mail Protection.
- Click Safe List.
- Type an address or domain (a domain is the part of an e-mail address that follows the @ sign) from which you always want to receive messages, and then click Add.
- You can have up to 500 entries in your Safe List. The Safe List filter differs from the Mailing List filter. The Safe List filter uses the "From" line of a message to filter e-mail. The Mailing List filter uses the "To" line.
Yahoo: Check your Bulk Mail folder to ensure email from REDI was not deposited into this folder. Mail from REDI may be marked as Not Spam within Yahoo.
Gmail: Check your Spam folder to ensure email from REDI was not deposited into this folder. Mail from REDI may be marked as Not Spam within Gmail.
Microsoft Outlook: Check the Junk Mail folder to ensure email from REDI was not deposited into this folder. Mail from REDI may be marked as Not Spam within Outlook.
Other Email Accounts: Contact your email provider to determine how to accept email from the domain "@AZREDIrental.com" if you have communicated with REDI recently on this website and have not received a response to your receipt request or username and password request.
