Advertise your property online and with our rental service
at no charge |

Show property in person with information pack, keys
stay in our possession. |

Find tenant, sign lease, collect rents and deposits. |

Background checks to include criminal/credit, rental history, and employment. |

Make monthly inspection of exterior to determine building and landscape condition, and follow up with notices when necessary. |

Take and process tenant concerns, and coordinate necessary repairs (electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling). |
Fee’s and cost
A
Reasonable management fee of 8% of the gross rents well be deducted only
when rent is collected. A one time administration fee of $50.00. A flat rate
of $35.00 charged for sign placement and removal during vacancy, outside
Tucson city limits sign placement and removal is $45.00.
A reserve account
of $150.00 maintained by manager for repairs and other miscellaneous expenditures
to be replenished from rents. $50.00 more for each additional unit managed.
Monthly
statement will list all income and expenses with copies of receipts.
