The following services are available for you to enjoy a worry free experience with your investment.

Responsibilities of Manager

Advertise your property online and with our rental service at no charge
Show property in person with information pack, keys stay in our possession.
Find tenant, sign lease, collect rents and deposits.
Background checks to include criminal/credit, rental history, and employment.
Make monthly inspection of exterior to determine building and landscape condition, and follow up with notices when necessary.
Take and process tenant concerns, and coordinate necessary repairs (electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling).

Fee’s and cost

A Reasonable  management fee of 8% of the gross rents well be deducted only when rent is collected.  A one time administration fee of $50.00. A flat rate of $35.00 charged for sign placement and removal during vacancy, outside Tucson city limits sign placement and removal is $45.00.

A reserve account of $150.00 maintained by manager for repairs and other miscellaneous expenditures to be replenished from rents. $50.00 more for each additional unit managed.

Monthly statement will list all income and expenses with copies of receipts.

who come to us for our listings each month.
