in Arizona! We list rentals FREE for all owners and landlords. This sets us apart
from those who only have properties they manage, or that the landlord paid them to
advertise. What landlord doesn't want FREE advertising? Not only do we have landlords
that list with us exclusively, but also those who advertise elsewhere. We do all the
work gathering information from all sources, so you can come to us assured to get the
largest selection of rentals in one convenient place. This saves you time, gas, and
the aggravation of calling places that don’t meet your requirements.

We call each and every landlord 1-2 times per week to insure availability. We make
every effort to provide you with updated information. This system allows us to remove
landlords listings if they don’t verify availability on a weekly basis.

want properties with A/C? That’s what you will get! Have pets? Need a short term
lease? You decide how restrictive or open your requirements should be. Not only

In order to have the best selection of rentals in Arizona, we never charge landlords
to advertise with us. We charge a $50 one time service fee to access the information.
The service is good for 3 months or until you move* .
